Our Guarantee to every easyDNS Customer

You’ve seen a lot of “guarantees” around the internet and in the bricks’ n’mortar world, most of them appended with a thousand words or more of fine print explaining why the guarantee will never apply to you or your situation.

That’s not how we operate, and we guarantee it.

If you are not fully satisfied with our services, you can cancel and leave with a full, 100% refund at any time.
Period.*

That’s it, that’s the full guarantee.
No time limits, no special conditions, no double-talk hedging with things like “100% uptime” means, no excuses.
We only have one metric: are you completely satisfied with the value you receive for your money and the benefits we deliver to you? If not, then we both need to know about it.
If you don’t want to be here, just answer one question for us, and then you can take your full refund and go. The question is:

* Fine Print: If we wanted to water down our 100% Unconditional Guarantee with loopholes, pre-conditions, post-conditions and Kafka-esque wording that absolved us from ever having to honour the guarantee, we would put it here. But we haven’t because this is the real deal.
